Biography
Brian M. Swift is an associate attorney with AU LLC focusing his practice in the areas of intellectual property and commercial litigation. Brian has ample experience handling disputes involving trademark infringement, copyright infringement, patent infringement. Daniel additionally assists clients with the management, protection, and monetization of their intellectual property assets.
While in law school, Brian served as the Associate Editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and and received a CALI Award for Contracts. Prior to entering law school, Brian was a Process Engineer for James Hardie Building Products. Brian received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2017.
